Located on the 15th floor of a skyscraper, the south apartment has a breathtaking view of the Sea of Israel.
The request was for a retro chic interior design.
The right balance between past and contemporary has been achieved by using elements with a vintage feel but selected from the collections of contemporary designers and brands.
The priceless view of the sea inspired the identity of the North apartment. Designed to make guests feel just like they are on a yacht, lulled into sailing by the melody of the waves, immersed in a relaxed and soothing atmosphere.
On the ground, teak flooring has been preferred, the wardrobes in the living area are upholstered in hand-finished light-colored leather, and the fabrics, also chosen individually by Emanuele Colombi in his research between Rome and Milan, play on luminous, soothing colors whose textures evoke the typical environment of a luxury yacht. A clear invitation to abandon oneself to an easy chic lifestyle, breathing a relaxed atmosphere from which one would never want to detach oneself.
Dedar wallpaper is the background for the Baxter and Gallotti&Radice furnishings. The living room is lit by lamps by designer Herve Van der Straeten, while Tom Faulkner’s dining table is illuminated by chandeliers by Jean – Louis Deniot for Baker.
Minotti’s sofa and armchair are enhanced by design pieces from the collections of Herve Van der Straeten and Eric Schmitt.
