Shipping Times

DHL is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

The delivery of the products purchased on www.emanuelecolombii.com takes place within an estimated time of 10 weeks from the order.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of:

• in the case of holidays such as Christmas, August 15th and National Holidays.
• events independent of the will of the actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks for strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits to public figures, etc.
• cases of extraordinary need.

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and days before holidays and on national holidays.
