Returns and Refunds
The seller accepts the return of the product only in the event of proven damage during the transport and delivery of the item.
Upon delivery of the product, it is necessary to make sure that the packaging of the goods does not show signs of damage and accept the package by signing the delivery with reserve.
If this procedure is not followed, no return requests will be accepted.
In the event that you have received a damaged product, it is 14 days from the delivery of the product to request a replacement and / or refund.
To request a replacement or a refund, write to email@example.com indicating the specific reason for “Damaged product” and attaching one or more images and / or videos of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will arrange for the replacement and / or refund. The refund usually takes place in 3/5 working days.
